It is a platform project that is intended to provide barter services to individual customers via web and mobile applications. The goal is basically to create a user-friendly, reliable, visually trending barter platform with a user experience.

Turkey’s first individual Yapbitakas barter platform that offers users to barter with the shopping experience. We are developing a platform where all goods and services located within the platform can be exchanged by users. The clearing methods in the system have been developed with blockchain technology.
Blockchain Technology
Blockchain technology is a decentralized and distributed digital ledger system that records transactions across multiple nodes in a secure, transparent, and tamper-proof manner. Each block in the chain contains a list of transactions and is cryptographically linked to the previous block using a hash function, ensuring data integrity. Consensus algorithms like Proof of Work (PoW), Proof of Stake (PoS), or Byzantine Fault Tolerance (BFT) are employed to validate transactions and maintain the integrity of the network without the need for a central authority. Smart contracts—self-executing pieces of code stored on the blockchain—further enable automation of complex processes. The immutability, transparency, and traceability offered by blockchain make it ideal for applications in finance, supply chain, identity management, and decentralized applications (dApps).
Yapbitakas is an innovative platform designed to enable secure peer-to-peer bartering in a digital environment. The architecture is built on a microservices-based structure, ensuring scalability and flexibility. Users can exchange goods and services listed on the platform through a decentralized system, while all clearing operations are powered by blockchain technology.
This ensures that each transaction is transparent, immutable, and verifiable. Smart contracts are used in the backend to automate transaction processes, enhancing both security and speed. The platform is developed using modern web technologies such as React and Node.js, and offers a seamless experience across web and mobile through RESTful APIs integrated with the user interface.
